The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Texas/Oklahoma Chapter honored Marmon Mok with its prestigious Pinnacle Award at the Chapter Gala in Dallas. Green building design and LEED certification was the focus for this year’s Marmon Mok University, our in-house professional development program. Edgar Farrera, AIA, LEED AP, taught the course to 12 staff members, finishing the semester with a field trip to Houston to tour LEED certified projects. Marmon Mok is designing the first LEED Silver certified project in the country for the Army-Air Force Exchange Service Shopping Center at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. 2007
