Recreation/Sports Thought Leadership

Marmon Mok’s very own Greg Houston and Shawn Bacon presented a session, “Extreme Makeover: Planning a Campus Recreation Facility Renovation/Expansion,” at the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association annual Conference and Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. 03-07-13

Texas A&M University Student Recreation Center Expansion Awarded

Marmon Mok led the design team of the original Student Recreation Center at Texas A&M University – College Station which went on to win several design awards when completed in 1995. Now, almost 20 years later, Marmon Mok is excited to announce being awarded the new expansion project which will include a new gymnasium, aquatics facility, activity rooms, multipurpose banquet room and fitness/weight areas. 01-15-13

Convention Center Team on Fast Schedule

As part of the Hunt/Zachry Joint Venture team, the Populous and Marmon Mok design team are working on the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center expansion project, a $325 million design-build contract, the largest civic construction project in San Antonio’s history.   01-02-13
